Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

The average processing time is 2 to 5 business days, however please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive following a shop update, around the holidays, or when I am at conventions.

SHIPPING ESTIMATIONS

After you receive your shipping confirmation email, this is how long it will likely take for your order to reach you:

Belgium: 1-5 working days

Europe: 3-15 working days

Everywhere else: 4-8 weeks

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES

International orders may require customs fees and/or taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

Please note that I am NOT responsible for packages that have been lost or held up at your local post office or customs office.
I am unable to provide complete refunds for things that are damaged or lost in transit because I have no control over how a package is handled after it has been dispatched.

  • If your tracking says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office directly.
  • If your item is severely damaged due to shipping errors please reach out to me at berriemoo@gmail.com with pictures of the item so I can help you out. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may request a cancelation at any time until your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after you receive a shipping notification. After canceling your order, funds may take up to 7 days to reappear in your account.

REFUND POLICY

Items can be exchanged, returned, or refunded within 14 days of receiving. The return cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund will be issued once the items arrived safely and in full amount.

ISSUES WITH ORDERS

Please send me an email at berriemoo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the pacakge if it is damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item. This usually takes the shape of a replacement item.
